Being all that you are is not just about working out what to do. My online sessions support you to better understand the experience you are going through, to better navigate your way through the transformation process, and to discover, align with, express, and realize the path you need. By engaging with the curriculum that is constantly being laid out in front of us, we can move towards becoming beacons - lighthouse keepers - on the New Earth. We can go about our important work, and have fun at the same time. We are being gifted the chance to awaken to new roles, embody what is longing to evolve in us, and be ourselves - radically!!! We must stand on our own two feet, reprioritize, and disentangle ourselves from lower, denser realities, that are no longer appropriate.

I deliver the highest quality guidance, coaching and mentoring to those who are invested in working with me. Developing simplicity, embracing one's own take on creativity, and building an adventurous spirit are important in my work, as is learning how to operate through heart-centred consciousness during the ascension and descension process. What is often called our "lower self" needs to ascend, and what is often called our "higher self" will descend.

My approach is to help you understand that you have the keys within you. And to work with you to ensure you find them, and can then keep them securely on a chain, so that you never misplace them again. I believe that people learn better when they find out for themselves. I aim to help you bridge heart and mind in action, identify what it is that you need in order to shine, realize new perspectives and horizons, and find contexts that enable you to thrive. Through my sessions you'll understand the importance of de-densification on many levels, and grow your being according to your own organic divine blueprint. You'll build understanding of what the light body is and how we are moving towards living as 5th dimensional consciousness and beyond. You'll develop key skills in non-duality, non-attachment, non-judgement, and divine duality.

Often, we are having to confront our own RESISTANCE to living in harmony with our highest expression of self. Often we have to confront our own resistance to taking the curriculum that is constantly being laid out in front of us for our own highest evolution. We need to transform any such resistance into allowing. And yes, we must overcome the feelings of OVERWHELM that often characterize the process of coming into union. We need to build trust as we embrace the unknown.
